White Label Noba Return Policy

 

At White Label Noba we pride ourselves on our products being made to the highest standards; however, we understand that at times you may need to exchange an item you purchased.

 

Refunds

Refunds will only be offered on faulty garments, not for change of mind. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.  You will receive an email notifying you when the process is complete.

White Label Noba reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange. 

  • Faulty items will only be accepted if the item is delivered and a manufacturing fault is identified on receipt of the item.
  • Damage as a result of normal wear and tear is not considered to be faulty.
  • If an item is worn or cared for incorrectly it will not be deemed faulty.
  • Excludes any garment purchased on sale 

Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred that would have prevented the purchase of the item. Damage as a result of general wear and tear cannot be cannot be considered faulty. White Label Noba uses delicate fabrics and trims and, fabric printing and dying, which we endeavour to provide the optimal care instructions for longer lasting garment life.Due to the delicate nature of our garments it is imperative that the garment care label be followed as incorrect garment care resulting in damage or wear and tear is not considered as faulty. It is important to note that White Label Noba uses natural dyes and digital printing which can overtime fade as this is apart of using natural materials which we are not liable for. The fading and damage of fabric and trims can be exacerbated by incorrect care of your garment, these are not classified as faulty. 

 

If an item is assessed and considered faulty, White Label Noba offers a number of suitable solutions:

  • A repair of the product, where possible
  • A refund of the original purchase amount
  • An exchange for another item

Shoes - White Label Noba will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. The original packaging must be returned with the shoes.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available if you have purchased an incorrect size in accordance with all of the below terms:

  • The goods are in original condition (original condition meaning- new, unworn, unaltered, not washed or damaged) with original swing tags and packing attached
  • Proof of purchase is provided, in the form of the receipt; and
  • The goods are returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Exchanges can not be made without the original proof of purchase
  • Excludes any garment purchased on sale 

 

How to exchange or return an order

Please email us at sales@wlndesign.com to process an exchange or return request with our Warehouse team. You will receive a reply to your request within 24 hours.  

Exchanges / Returns must be sent back to White Label Noba within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable to ensure safe and documented delivery. White Label Noba takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

At White Label Noba, we strive to ensure you love every purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s everything you need to know about our return process:

Easy Returns
You can return any item within 14 days of purchase if it doesn’t meet your expectations. The items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Steps

  • Contact Us: Start by contacting our customer service team at hello@wlndesign.com to initiate your return.
  • Complete the Form: Fill out the provided return form, specifying the reason for return.
  • Pack Your Return: Securely pack the items in the original packaging, including any documentation.
  • Send It Back: Send your items back to us so we are able to swap or exchange the items you are requesting be changed.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges | Faulty Items

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, you can choose to receive a refund or store credit.

Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately to arrange a return, replacement, or repair.

Sale items

Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
